of lectures on the substance of his newly published book:

Book Launch was held last March 23, 2007, Friday, 6:00 to
9:00PM at Mandarin Oriental Manila, Makati Avenue, Makati
City.
This event was graced by prominent CEOs of Top Companies,
Academicians & Deans of Business & Management Schools, Colleges & Universities.
Dr. Corrales visited major cities in the Philippines and presented his model
of leadership known as the RISC Model for building high-impact relationships.
Dr. Corrales believes that the essence of leadership is
influence, not external authority. Influence is the engine that brings out
the best in people as individuals and as teams and most effectively experienced
inside a relationship. The Book describes the four (4) Great Dimensions of a
Relationship: Rapport, Initiative, Structure, & Commitment. His lecture will
illustrate how these 4 Great Dimensions of a relationship can be used to build
great leadership.
