| For almost 70 years, Goodwill
Bookstore has been blazing the trail in promoting good education
among children through publication of quality books.
Goodwill believes that "every seed planted
in the lives of the children of today, will beat fruit of
greatness tomorrow."
Realizing this, a second children's book
by Christine Bersola-Babao entitled "Basura Monster" was
published by Katha Publishing Inc. Co., the publishing arm
of Goodwill Bookstore.
"Basura Monster" aims to create awareness
among children regarding how they can help maintain a clean
and healthy environment. Tintin Bersola-Babao had a special
book reading & storytelling session for the Kids who participated
on that day. Book signing followed after the reading session.
The said Book Launch was held last February
20, 2007, Tuesday, 3:00 PM at the Bridges Bookstore, building
bridges of Goodwill, located at the ground floor of V-Mall,
Greenhills Shopping Center, San Juan City, Metro Manila.
